Welcome to the Bachelor of Science in Public Health application. Please complete each section of the application.
The Bachelor of Science in Public Health program requires applicants to have completed or be in the process of completing 60 credit hours of prerequisite coursework.
As part of the application, you will need to upload the following documents, so we encourage you to have them available before starting your application:
A copy of your unofficial transcript/s for every college and/or university you have attended showing the prerequisite courses you have completed and, if applicable, courses in which you are currently enrolled
